Design a sleek, futuristic landing page for Luminara DAO that clearly communicates its mission: connecting citizens with emerging smart cities through blockchain-powered governance.

Design Approach

Drawing inspiration from Lens.xyz and W3st.xyz, the design uses a clean, minimal dark theme with geometric elements to reflect innovation and trust. High-contrast typography, 3D abstract visuals, and clear call-to-action buttons guide users through the platform’s value. The layout was structured for both storytelling and functionality, ensuring a consistent experience across devices.

Deliver the core message and platform purpose instantly:
High-contrast typography for clarity on a dark background
Futuristic 3D hero visual for strong first impression
Prominent CTAs (“Claim ID” & “Early Access”) for conversion
Clear “How It Works” section to simplify a complex concept
Smart city exploration cards for visual engagement
Consistent grid-based layout across desktop and mobile
