Stage 1. Research

  • I studied existing healthcare apps and spoke to users. Most found them confusing and cluttered. The goal became clear—make healthcare simple and easy to use.

Stage 2. Concept & Flow

  • I defined key features like appointment booking and medicine tracking. Designed user flows that reduced steps and worked well for all age groups.

Stage 3. UI Design

  • Created clean, readable screens in Figma with soft colors and big buttons. Built prototypes, tested with users, and refined the design for clarity and ease.

Reflections

Working on Tracto taught me the value of simplicity in design. It’s easy to add features, but much harder to make things feel effortless for the user. Talking to real people and listening to their struggles helped me design with more empathy. This project also strengthened my skills in creating user flows, designing for accessibility, and testing with intent. Most of all, it reminded me that good design should make life easier - not more complicated.
